The most important part of the system that provides ease of installation is the flanges, which are placed on the uprights at 50 cm intervals and provide connection in four directions. The system is available in 65 cm and 95 cm widths. The barriers are attached to these flanges by means of pins. Barriers and consoles are self-locking with a special locking mechanism. Diagonal parts are fixed on the barrier and provide easy installation with one person. A higher load carrying capacity is aimed by mounting 6 hooks on the aluminum platform. A more durable structure is created with the special press pressure made on the lower adjustment shaft base plate. When it comes to complex structures, mezzanines, consoles and other accessories can be assembled quickly without using any tools.
Depending on the construction height and maximum weight, steel frames with a wall thickness of 2.7 mm and 3.25 mm or aluminum frames with a thickness of 4 mm are used. The system is widely used in Europe, especially in certain parts of Switzerland. Thanks to its lightweight structure, the system maximizes time savings in installation and disassembly compared to other traditional heavy systems. Thanks to this feature, the system not only provides advantages in installation and disassembly. It makes shipping and storage operations safer and easier.
Technical Details
Work and work exterior scaffolding is a structure used in exterior cladding, painting, maintenance-repair, glass replacement and other exterior works. The technical details of our work and working exterior scaffolding are as follows:
- Material: Steel and aluminum materials are used for exterior scaffolding. These materials are preferred because of their lightness, durability, high strength and rustproof properties.
- Size: The size of the scaffold may vary depending on the intended use and construction. The standard width is 65 cm, 95 cm and the length is determined according to the need.
- Load Capacity: The load capacity of the scaffolds may vary according to their intended use. Our exterior scaffoldings can generally carry a load of 500 kg/m2.
- Foot and Console Design: Scaffolding legs and consoles must be installed in a solid and stable manner. Feet must be compatible and fixed to the floor. Consoles, on the other hand, should be installed correctly, facilitating the portability and use of platforms.
- Platforms: The scaffolding platform is designed to provide sufficient space for workers to work.
- Safety Features: Our scaffolds must be equipped with safety features for the safety of workers. These features include safety guards, side guards, seat belts and safety nets.
- Test; Our products are produced from pipes that have undergone mechanical compatibility tests. The mechanical conformity of the pipes used in the manufacture of our steel scaffolding is approved and complies with the standards. This test enables the determination of strength, durability and fatigue properties of pipes. Standard;
- EN ISO 1461 T; is a standard covering the coating of steel surfaces by hot dip galvanizing method for protection against corrosion. According to this standard, steel surfaces are protected against corrosion by firstly zinc coating. The EN ISO 1461 T standard also specifies the hot dip galvanizing methods suitable for making the zinc coating. These methods make the zinc coating homogeneous and of high quality.
- TS EN 74-3 standard ensures the safe and reliable use of properly designed and manufactured needle lock couplings. Needle-lock couplings are used to connect two different steel scaffolding elements together and offer quick and easy assembly and disassembly during modifications to construction works.
- TS EN 12810 and TS EN 12811, are the standards used in the European Union for the design, calculation and assembly of temporary structures, especially steel scaffolding used in the construction industry. These standards have been created to ensure the quality and safety of steel scaffolds and frame scaffolds. All of our products are TSE and TÜV certified. It is a reference source that confirms product quality and safety, and ensures that products used in the construction industry, such as steel scaffolds, are produced and used in accordance with occupational safety and standards. For this reason, TÜV certified steel scaffolding can be a preferred product for companies that attach importance to occupational safety and work in accordance with quality standards in the construction industry.
Work and work siding scaffolding is a structure designed to enable workers to work safely. Correct installation of scaffolds is important for the safety of workers and the efficiency of projects.
Elements Of The System
True, each part of our work and work façade scaffolding has a different effect on scaffolding operation performs.
• Scaffolding Frame: It is the basic building block of scaffolds and includes vertical pillars and horizontal frames.
• Barrier: It is the safety barrier around the scaffolding and is used to prevent the risk of falling.
• Barrier Post: It is the vertical pipe that carries the barriers.
• Starting Leg: The foot that forms the basis of the scaffolds and must be adjusted properly.
• Interconnect Bar: It is the horizontal connecting element that connects the scaffolding frames.
• Horizontal Heavy Load Bar; Horizontal member that connects scaffolding frames and carries heavy loads.
• Internal Console: Console element used for interior works of buildings.
• External Console: Cantilever element used for exterior works of buildings.
